He will explain different prctical cases of professional communities which have formed social networks as a result of an initial push from the CoP’s developed within the organisation. The cases show that the CoP’s later benefit from an increase in both participation & productivity. It can be deduced that both structures mutually reinforce each other and work together with an improvement in efficiancy.
