Ernest Benach , President of the Parliament of Catalonia, will speak at InnovaCamp about: The Parliament of Catalonia wants to modernise and create public participation in politics. To do this we have decided to take advantage of the possibilities offered by collaborative tools, the so-called web 2.0. This is, in essence, Parlamento 2.0 : to find new ways of doing politics, to listen, to take the pulse of the citizens, interact, learn, take advantage of the collective capital – the valuable knowledge of the people.
