InnovaCamp Mediterrane@ is an event where innovators and entrepreneurs related to the Information and Communication Technologies can share knowledge and information about the use of technology in different areas.

Objectives: to create a space for the open sharing of knowledge via the active participation of the attendees. To focus on innovation in the Mediterranean region through sessions which are practical examples of how projects and activities are being improved and reformulated.

Inspiration: ICM is an event based on the BarCamp model, an unconference which gathers together  people with a desire to learn and share in an open environment. Anybody who wants to contribute or learn is welcome at the InnovaCamp.

No tourists, only participants: everybody should do a presentation or a chat or help out in one, and/or contribute in some other way to support the event. The norms of InnovaCamp are (more or less) the following:

Talk and blog and Tweet etc about InnovaCamp
If you want to participate, register and send an e-mail explaining your presentation to info[at]innocampmediterranea.net
A summary of your presentation in three phrases
As many simultaneous presentation as space permits
If it’s your first BarCamp, you should present (or share a presentation with another person and if not at least ask questions and be an active participant.
